The room was too warm and there was no way to regulate the room temperature (at least the air-conditioner control didn't work intuitively). Found some hair on supposedly clean towels.
The purpose of the trip was a concert in the Vanemuine concert hall. The hotel was in a very convenient location, the room was suitable for three people. They also answered about the earlier check in. The breakfast selection is versatile, the food is delicious.
